"Policies were clear, clear enough"
The policies were clear overall, clear enough to understand what was expected. A few parts were a little confusing, though, so I had to read them again and again to make sure I got it right.

"Decent overall, but checkout threw me off"
It was okay overall, but the checkout process felt kind of confusing. I was trying to place my order while drinking coffee at my kitchen counter, and I had to pause a couple times because I wasn’t totally sure what step I was on or whether my payment had gone through. Nothing terrible, just not as smooth as I expected.

"I bought the account thinking it would work..."
I bought the account thinking it would work fine, but it ended up being locked to a different region, so I couldn’t really use it the way I needed to. When I reached out, support basically just told me to check the details next time. It felt impersonal, like there wasn’t actually a real person trying to help sort it out. just a frustrating experience overall...

My experience with igitems was rough mainly because of the customer support. When I ran into an issue, I reached out expecting some basic help, but the replies felt like they were just skimming what I said instead of actually looking at the problem.

I ended up explaining the same thing more than once, and the short responses I got didn’t really move anything forward. Maybe it works out better for other people, but based on what I went through, it was more stressful than it was worth.

"Payment Worked, But the Follow-Up Was Slow"
The payment went through fine, so no issue there, but the confirmation took longer than I expected. When I asked about it, the response made me feel a bit talked down to, like I should’ve just known to wait. Not a terrible experience, but definitely a little frustrating.

"Worked fine, but the ban risk is ridiculous"
I did get the items and the process worked okay, but I can’t lie, I was still nervous about the chance of getting banned. That part feels ridiculous and kind of takes away from the whole experience.

"Warranty was fine, just a little fuzzy"
I bought an account and overall it went okay. The warranty was there, which was nice, though I expected it to be a bit longer. Maybe that’s on me for not digging around enough, but I do wish the coverage had been spelled out more clearly before checkout. Support did get back to me when I asked about it, just not exactly lightning fast. So yeah, not a bad experience, just one of those things where the details matter more once you’ve already paid.

"Bad timing made the whole thing frustrating"
I’m giving this 2 stars mostly because the delivery timing just wasn’t great. Maybe I ordered at the wrong time or caught them on a busy day, but it took way longer than I expected. I ended up waiting around and checking for updates over and over, which got annoying. The order did show up eventually, but the timing really threw things off for me. It would help a lot if they gave a clearer delivery estimate before you buy.

i mean, I bought an account on Igitems and at first everything seemed okay. It worked fine for a few days, but then the original owner somehow got it back, which made it obvious the account was never fully secured or transferred to me.
I contacted support and sent the screenshots they asked for, but the replies were really slow and nothing actually got fixed. Still no refund either. It feels like you can pay for an account and the old owner can still take control again, so I wouldn’t use them again.

"Refund took way too long..."
I bought an account, but my order ended up getting cancelled after I had already paid. Support did reply, but the refund process was slow... I had to ask twice just to get an update. They did send the money back eventually, so it wasn’t a total loss, but waiting several days without a clear answer was really frustrating. Maybe others have a smoother experience, but mine wasn’t great. Giving 2 stars because they fixed it in the end.....

I’ve used igitems a few times now, and to be fair, the experience has been okay overall. The prices were reasonable, but the item I was looking for ended up being out of stock more than once, which was a little frustrating.
When they did have stock available, the order went through without any real issues. I just wish the availability was clearer upfront so I didn’t have to spend time checking everything only to find out it wasn’t available.

Some listings had plenty of info, but a few left me feeling like there were details missing that I really needed before deciding. I usually trust my instinct when something feels unclear, so I ended up being a little more cautious with those.

"Account transfer was more trouble than it should’ve been"
I bought an account the transfer process was a headache. The instructions weren’t very clear, support took longer than I expected, and I kept feeling like I might lose access at any point. I get that transfers can be a little tricky, but it should be straightforward enough for a regular buyer to follow without stressing the whole time. Based on this experience, I probably wouldn’t use igitems again

"Honest seller, smooth deal overall"
Bought from a seller on igitems and, to be fair, he delivered exactly when he said he would. I did have to wait a little bit for a reply, but everything worked out fine in the end. I appreciate when people keep their word, especially with online purchases, so that earned my trust. Giving it 4 stars overall.

The site worked fine overall, but the privacy settings were kind of confusing... I wasn’t totally sure what I was agreeing to, so I didn’t feel super comfortable sharing my info there.

"Save your time, not what was advertised"
I bought an account expecting it to match what was shown on the page, but the details were totally different. The stats and items didn’t line up with the listing, and when I reached out to support, they just kept telling me to wait. Maybe someone else had a better experience, but for me it felt misleading. save your time and be careful before ordering.

I felt safe enough staying here. I can’t say for sure, but it seemed like the area was probably well looked after, and I never really had any reason to feel uneasy.
